SHEFFIELD owner Neil Machin believes new No.1 Simon Stead will be the stand-out rider in the Premier League this season.Machin says Stead, who is returning to the Tigers after a decade away, can give the club a focal point similar to former skipper Sean Wilson who was a dominant force at Owlerton.Machin said: All the young guns moving through the league will be going out wanting to take a point off Simon Stead, I dont think theres any question about that.I think Simon will set himself some very tough targets, and I think he will be the man to beat. In terms of the team structure he will give us that guidance; he will lead from the front and put in some quality performances.

I love Sqora to bits, he's one of the good guys of speedway.
