MP Motorsport to line-up three cars in 2013 Auto GP

AutoGP is welcoming the promising Dutchman Meindert Van Buuren, who will be joining MP Motorsport. A 18-year-old driver, Van Buuren made his open-wheel debut in 2011 by lining-up in the F.Renault 2.0 NEC and in the Eurocup F.Renault 2.0, where he scored interesting results straight away.

Van Buuren  is set to partner Riccardo Agostini in one of the youngest pairings of the season. The Dutch-based squad, directed by Sander Dorsman, will also expand to a 3-car line-up in selected rounds with the addition of Daniel De Jong, who is also committed to a full season in the GP2 Series.

Enzo Coloni: MP Motorsport is the first team to announce a three-car line-up for the 2013 season. After having secured the services of Riccardo Agostini, the team also signed another 18-year-old guy, Meindert Van Buuren, showing how the Auto GP is currently a benchmark for the development of young drivers who aim at Formula 1. The presence of Daniel De Jong also offers our series and drivers a chance to race against a top GP2 contender, increasing the general level of competition.
