Telecom Italys TIM mobile brand has extended its sponsorship of the Team Ducati Alstare World Superbike (SBK) team for a second successive year.

 TIM will support Team Ducati Alstare and its drivers Carlos Checa and Ayrton Badovini throughout the 2013 World Superbike Championship, with the brands logo set to feature on the leathers and fairing of both riders.

 "We are very pleased to continue this adventure with Ducati in a competitive competition like the SBK, said Cristiano Habetswallner, head of sponsorship at Telecom Italy.

"This initiative strengthens the bond between two companies that share values such as research excellence, technology leadership and a willingness to take on new challenges."
