SCUNTHORPE promoter Rob Godfrey is delighted to have landed a televised Premier League date with Workington on April 30.The Eddie Wright Raceway played host to an exciting Scorpions v Sheffield clash in front of the Sky cameras in May 2009 and Godfrey feels the Comets clash could be equally memorable. He said: Last time Sky were in town, it was a fantastic meeting in front of a large crowd that showed both Scunthorpe Speedway and the whole of the sport in a positive light, and thats what we will be aiming to do again. It will be one of our first league matches of the season, as we attempt to successfully defend the Premier League titlesomething no-one has done before.  Workington Comets have again assembled a strong side in 2013, and it is likely to be a highly competitive meeting.
