Withdrawal of the Extreme Speed Motorsports Ferrari F458 Italia (LM GTE Am) the Aston Martin Vantage V8 (LM GTE Pro) entered by Aston Martin Racing invited to take part in the 2013 Le Mans 24 Hours.

Extreme Speed Motorsports Ferrari F458 Italia is the first withdrawal of the 56 entries for the 2013 Le Mans 24 Hours. Thus, it will not be on the grid for the 81st event. In accordance with the sporting regulations the Automobile Sports Committee has given its agreement to Aston Martin Racing to modify the category of car no. 98, which moves from the LM GTE AM to the LM GTE Pro category, in which there are now twelve cars instead of eleven.
