The team is yet to announce their two drivers although a non-italian name should well be in the mix.

Cerqui samples Ombra's Ferrari 458

Alberto Cerqui, the young Italian driver who made a stunning breakthrough in the SUPERSTARS INTERNATIONAL SERIES by winning the Italian championship two years ago, went on-track this week aboard the Ferrari 458 GTS3 prepared by Team Ombra Racing. The Brescia-based racer, who also won the first "Rookie Of The Year" competition, was positively impressed by both the car and the team as he logged several laps at Franciacorta. Team Manager Davide Mazzoleni, who has a good relationship with Cerqui, was also impressed by the young man's potential and did not deny his interest in fielding Cerqui in some GTSPRINT races during the 2013 season. The Bergamo-based team is currently working on two of the Maranello-built racecars.
