The Doodson Insurance backed Enduro Hare & Hounds Championship resumes on the third weekend in March, with round 2 of the championship heading to the iconic Norwood Teversal Venue.

The Norwood Teversal venue is genuinely steeped with off road history. During the 60s and 70s this woodland scrambles track hosted some of the finest TV televised scrambles races on record, top names like Terry Silvester, Malcolm Rathmell, Arthur Lampkin, Andy Robertson, John Banks and Norman Crooks all took part in the epic bar banging clashes which used to be screened when the football was cancelled! Sunday March 17th sees the Youth classes first on track early Sunday morning for an hour and a half. This will be followed by the usual Sportsman, Sportsman Beginner, Ladies, Over50's and Twin Shock in their own race for a full two hours. After a short break for lunch the Pro/Elite, Experts, Over 40 and Clubman class riders will do battle for two and a half hours.

The lap will be around 12 minutes and is made up of good open woodland with plenty of room to pass, add in parts of the old MX track and a couple of technical sections, and this will be a true Hare & Hounds event. This venue is only used twice during the year to ensure it's in perfect condition for our competitors when they arrive. Parking is limited at Norwood so riders please team up in vehicles to simplify parking on the day.

If the weather does turn in the week leading up to the event we may have to run at another of our venues - so please check the website in the week and before you leave for the event.
