SUPERSTARSWORLD hits the track for testing at Monza

TEAMS AND DRIVERS OF SUPERSTARS, GTSPRINT, GET BACK ON-TRACK TO PREPARE FOR 2013 SEASON OPENER

SUPERSTARS and GTSPRINT will be back on-track on the next 27th of March at Monza, where the two SRW-promoted championship will line-up for an official round of testing in preparation for the season's start, set for the 7th of April at the northern Italian venue.

The session is set to be an exceptional premiere of many fresh additions starting with the brand-new Solaris Motorsport Chevrolet Camaro. The car, which is expected to shine on racetracks like Monza, will be joined by some fellow American Muscle. RC Motorsport will debut their completely upgraded Cadillac CTS-V, featuring new chassis and suspensions. Roberto Benedetti will be behind the wheel in an effort to take full advantage of the circuit's fast layout.

The McLaren brand will be making its breakthrough GTSPRINT INTERNATIONAL SERIES as Bhaitech Racing is set to field two MP4-12C racecars for the 2013 season. Ombra Racing will also be on-track adding a second Ferrari 458 GTS3 to the one driven by 2012 class champion Mario Cordoni. Another new addition, Team Ukraine, will be fielding a Ferrari 458 Italia.

The official collective test will be a grand opening for the 2013 SUPERSTARSWORLD. The upcoming season is set to be more spectacular than ever thanks to the many car brands on the roster and to the series' trademark exciting race action.

The first weekend at Monza is also featuring the return of the FREETICKET initiative, providing the fans of SUPERSTARSWORLD with free access to the track's central grandstands. The tickets are available at superstarworld.com. After filling a form, fans will receive a voucher on their e-mail address that, in print form, will enable them to access the racetrack on Sunday, April the 7th.

After last year's record crowd of 31.000 people, equally high numbers are expected for the 2013 opener.
