Marko Jerman re-signs for GRANDys duo Suzuki

GRANDys duo Suzuki's reigning Polish and Alpe Adria Superbike Champion Marko Jerman will contest the Superbike and Superstock 1000 classes at this year's international Alpe Adria race series.

Jerman has re-signed with the Polish team to ride its GSX-R1000 alongside team-mate Daniel Bukowski - piloting the GSX-R600 in the Superstock 600 class - after the team pulled-out of the Polish Championship at the end of 2012 to concentrate on international events.

Jerman and GRANDys duo Suzuki also plan to take part in the European Championship Final at Albacete in Spain later in the season - a race attended by Europe's top domestic series riders - where they are aiming for a top-five position.

Jacek Grandys - Suzuki GRANDys duo Team Manager:

"I'm really glad that Marko will join us for another season and together we will fight for titles. This year we'll have a little less racing weekends, so Marko will ride in two classes. I hope in both of them he will fight for the top positions and prepare for the European Championship Final in Albacete."

Marko Jerman:

"I am very happy that Suzuki GRANDys duo again invited me to join their team in 2013. We worked together in 2010 and 2012 and it was a great experience. The team is professional and the people very nice and friendly, so I hope this will be a very successful season for all of us."
