Team Motopark announces ATS Formula 3 driver line-up

Team Motopark will head for the ATS Formula 3 Cup, again competing under the banner of Lotus.

Team principal Timo Rumpfkeil announced the driver line-up for the 2013 season.

In the German ATS Formula 3 Cup Artem Markelov, Marvin Kirchhfer and Emil Bernstorff will be representing the team colours. Timo Rumpfkeil is confident after winning the titles in ATS Forumula 3 Cup and ADAC Formula Masters in 2012. "We want to defend our titles", answers the experienced team principal, being asked for his targets for the 2013 season.

Talented teamThe reigning champion of the ADAC Formula Masters, Marvin Kirchhfer,is now driving a Dallara F311 Volkswagen in the German ATS Formula 3 Cup. "I like to tie in with the successes of 2012 and so I am really looking forward for this new challenge", says the man from Leipzig.

His teammate is Emil Bernstorff , returning to Team Motopark. "I am happy to be back in this successful Team. In 2011 I had a good season with the team and now I am ready to fight for the title in the German ATS Formula 3 Cup."

Artem Markelov completes the trio for the most popular German formula category. The man from Russia already won races in Formula 3 and finally ended up on the seventh position in the overall championship. That puts him in a favourite role for the 2013 season.

Talent factory Rumpfkeil / MuchowTeam Motopark will cooperate with the established kart racing team of KSM (Kaiser-Schumacher-Muchow). The team principals, Timo Rumpfkeil and Thomas Muchow, know each other from common times in karting. Now they want to supply a more easy way up for young talents. The team around Timo Rumpfkeil is best prepared for the upcoming racing season 2013, which starts from 26th to 28th of April at Oschersleben, marking the home match for Team Motopark.
