Jesus Racing seeking divine intervention for V8 Ute campaign‏
Currently running second in the 2013 Auto One V8 Ute Racing Seriesprotected by Armor All, Ford frontrunner Andrew Fishtail Fisher is seeking a strong partnership to see him through the remainder of the Season.The Sydneysiders three year relationship with Gloria-Jeans Coffee ended last year. Fisher claimed fourth overall in the 2012 Series, and third in 2010. After achieving over $1.2 million in TV coverage last year, he is hoping that his high-profile and on track performance will help secure much needed support.It is a tough economic climate at the moment and a lot of businesses are focused internally, we are seeking someone who looks to the future and has a desire to keep their name in front of potential customers - what better way than to partner with the team that has the highest profile in the V8 Ute Series! In addition, Andrew talks to over 50,000 school students per year about choices in life as part of the Jesus Racing campaign, offering a unique opportunity to engage directly with the new generation of race fans.Fishtail sits only two points behind Series leader Nathan Pretty in the ENZED Drivers Championship, and 2 points ahead of Perth driver Rhys McNally. Fisher is hoping for another good run in Perth, having posted top ten finishes every time he has raced there.All drivers will hit the track from 35 May at Barbagallo Raceway to contend for Round 2 Glory.The V8 Utes Series is managed by SPHERIX, and consists of a 32 Ute field made up of 16 Ford and 16 Holdens.
