Webber gets Fuel sample penalty and is sent to the back of the grid

Chinese Grand Prix stewards have found that Red Bull's did not have enough fuel in his car for the mandatory one-litre post-qualifying sample and have demoted him to the back of the Shanghai grid.

 Red Bull have explained the stoppage was caused by a fuel bowser problem that led to 3kg of fuel not being delivered to Webber's RB9.
