Tomasz Krzeminski to compete for ADM Motorsport in ATS Formula 3 Cup

The ADM Motorsport team will reinforce their presence in the ATS Formula 3 Cup for 2013. Team Principal Renato Melchioretto announces the second driver besides Italian Matteo Cairoli: 20-year old Tomasz Krzeminski from Warsaw, Poland. Like many of his colleagues, Krzeminski made his first steps in karting and is not an unfamiliar name in Formula racing. Now he intends to attract more attention in the ATS Formula 3 Cup. The entry list already comprises almost 20 drivers shortly before the start of the racing season.

Tomasz Krzeminski won the 2010 National Rotax Champion title in his home country of Poland, which provided the starting point for the 20-year old's switch to Formula cars. After competing in the French Formula 4 Championship for one year he switched to the Formula Renault 2.0 Series and participated in the 2011 Formula Renault Winter Finals. In 2012, Tomasz did some guest stints in the Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup. Krzeminski intends to score points for the ADM Motorsport team from Bareggio, Italy in 2013. I am so happy to be driving in the ATS Formula 3 Cup with ADM Motorsport, says an excited Krzeminski. Like me, the ADM Motorsport team is young and passionate. I hope we can enjoy success together this season. They have achieved a great deal of success in many categories of motorsports and I hope to help them carry that on into Formula 3.

The Pole has been handling his Dallara F311 Volkswagen Power Engine well. His team principal is very confident about his new driver. Tomasz will do very well. We have tested him thoroughly, says Renato Melchioretto. He was very fast at our tests in Adria, Hockenheim and at the Nrburgring. We feel confident about the 2013 season.

ATS Formula 3 TrophyADM Motorsport intends to contest the season with a total of three drivers. Interested drivers still have a chance to sign up. With a few weeks to go before the first races, the entry list of the ATS Formula 3 Cup comprises almost 20 drivers. Almost half of them will compete in the Trophy ranking. The ATS Formula 3 Trophy is an additional ranking besides the ATS Formula 3 Cup for racing cars built between 2002 and 2011 and without a Volkswagen Power Engine. With this option the Formula 3 Association offers new teams and drivers in Formula 3 an opportunity to prepare for international high-level championships in a cost-efficient way. In addition, they can use existing Formula 3 equipment that is forbidden in other Formula championships. More drivers are set to participate.
