Motors TV Monthly Highlights, May

V8 SUPERCARS

Round five of this years V8 Supercars campaign represents Motors TVs second live event of the season with coverage coming from US Grand Prix venue Circuit of the Americas. Expect Australias finest tin-top competitors to put on a spectacular show as they look to wow the crowds in the Lone Star State.

GRAND PRIX DE PAU

This seasons Grand Prix de Pau features guest appearances from rally legend Sebastien Loeb and 1997 F1 champ Jacques Villeneuve, both of whom will compete in the Porsche Carrera Cup series at the iconic French street circuit. Also set to hit the track are the Formula Renault 2.0, Supertourisme Mitjet and the Grand Prix de Pau Electrique categories, adding up to eight hours of coverage on Motors TV.

FIA EUROPEAN FORMULA 3 CHAMPIONSHIP

The FIA European F3 Championship has been re-born this season and, if the early signs are anything to go by, its set for a bright future. With a grid comprising some of the finest talents on the continent racing at grand prix-standard circuits theres plenty to keep fans entertained. Round three comes from Hockenheim before a trip to Brands Hatch two weeks later.

BRITISH F3 & BRITISH GT

Motors TV brings you live coverage as Britains domestic GT and Formula 3 series share the bill at Silverstone. With the former boasting its strongest grid in years a must-see contest is in store, while the F3 championship will begin its campaign at the British Grand Prix venue as part of a scaled-down 2013 schedule.

MOTORS TV LIVE RACEDAY

May will see a brace of Motors TV Live Raceday events as the series travels to Castle Combe (6 May) and Mallory Park (27 May) for more must-see club action. Expect some truly diverse machinery, with categories ranging from Historic Grand Prix, British 250cc Superkarts, Formula Ford, Clubmans and Legends to single-marque championships from Porsche, BMW, Mazda, Morgan, MG, Jaguar and even Citrons cult-classic the 2CV.
