Round 2: Mallory Park, 14 April

"Mad Mark" Watson won the second round of the championship at Mallory Park aboard his Citroen Xsara T16.

As the final got underway Mad Mark and Kevin Procter headed into Gerards Bend neck-and-neck, with the latter gaining the advantage. However Mad Mark kept in touch all the way and took victory when Procter suffered engine issues.

Steve Harris picked up second place and Jon Hrolfsson completed the podium. Reigning champion Julian Godfrey endured a troubled final, with his bonnet opening and curtailing his attempt at another victory.
