Pirellithe official tyre supplier to Formula One and the British Rally Championshiphas launched a competition via its official Facebook page and UK website offering two lucky people the chance to win a passenger ride in a turbocharged rally car.

Running from Wednesday 17 April until midday on Wednesday 24 April, the competition ties-in with the opening round of this years British Rally Championshipthe Pirelli Richard Burns Foundation Rallywhich takes place in Cumbria from 4-5 May.

As part of the prize, one guest and a friend will win a passenger ride in both a two-wheel-drive and a four-wheel-drive rally car alongside a professional rally driver on a specially-constructed rally stage in the Kielder Forest on Friday 3 May. The prizewinner will also receive two weekend passes for the Pirelli RBF Rally which will commence in and around the city of Carlisle the following day.

The winner will be announced on Friday 26 April.
