More than 40 Skip Barber Racing Alumni Competing at Long Beach Toyota GP

Skip Barber Racing School congratulates it's graduates and instructors who are racing in the Toyota Grand Prix on the acclaimed streets of Long Beach, California this weekend.

Ryan Hunter-Reay headlines the 12 Skip Barber Racing School alumni in the IZOD IndyCar Series field. Another 13 alumni will compete in the American Le Mans Series and the Pirelli World Challenge, respectively.

Skip Barber Racing School INDYCAR Academy participant and Olypmic gold medalist Tyler Clary is racing in the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race in the pro class. Gabby Chavez, 2007-2008 Skip Barber Southern Series Champion, and Sage Karam, 2008-2009 Skip Barber National participant, will compete in Firestone IndyLights.

The 38-year Skip Barber Racing School legacy is exemplified with more than 40 alumni racing across all of the series on the streets of Long Beach this weekend.
