First GP3 date for Facu Regalia in Barcelona

After a good pre-season, always finishing among top-ten places, the ART Grand Prix driver approaches his first 2013 meeting at Circuit de Catalunya.

Facu Regalia debuts in the 2013 GP3 season this weekend, the series where hes taking part driving an ART Grand Prix Dallara car. This championship is another step forward for the Argentine driver who had a brilliant 2012 season in the European F3 Open and Auto GP series, claiming several wins and podiums for Campos Racing. Then at the end of the year, he was fastest during official GP2 collective tests at Circuit de Catalunya, making his debut on wet track.

After he came in 2nd place twice in the final two test days at Silverstone, last chance for drivers before the season opener, Regalia has been working on physical and mental aspects. Our winter tests were quite good, always into top-ten. This waiting period has been quite long for me, but finally the season is going to start. I feel really motivated. After spending several days in Argentina recently, I was able to feel how people are following me in my country. Its great Theres live TV coverage so I want to get good results. Anyway even when my our tests were well, GP3 has a very high-profile drivers this season, so our season wont be that easy. Even my teammates, Harvey and Daly, will be tough rivals!.

As always, he had words for people who made possible this project, at this high level, once more. Of course my family has had a key role, and other people like Adrin Campos, Eduardo Ramrez and ACA. New sponsors arrived, so Ill try my best! Top places are my target, taking into account how many people support me in Argentina and Europe.
