Round 2: Manx National Rally, 10-11 May

Paul Bird, co-driven by Aled Davies, took his third Manx National Rally win after a hard fight on the roads of the Isle of Man.

Jason Pritchard and navigator Phil Clarke pushed Bird to the limit and the victory margin was less than four seconds after 120 stage miles. Meanwhile defending champion Damian Cole was third.

Erstwhile championship leaders Steve Simpson and Patrick Walsh were fifth, meaning that the top three drivers are now separated by a mere two points.
