Team Icer Brakes finished on podium twice at the Dijon Debut for Team Icer Brakes and its driver, Jesus Diez Villarroel, in the Euro-Racecar NASCAR joining Scorpus Racing.

 Double podium finish for the team: Diez Villarroel won Saturday race in Legend class, and Niccolo  Rocca was third on Sunday, at the wheel of the Scorpus Racing Chevrolet Camaro.

In spite of Diez Villarroel debuting in this car , theMadrid-born driver used his experience in championships involving single seaters, GT and touring cars to good use in the Open category. In the qualifying session he posted a time of 1:26.758, was 9th fastest and first in Legend class. Then, in Saturday's race, the Team Icer Brakes driver came in 8th place overall  and won among Legend drivers after twenty-one laps. Then, on Sunday, Rocca was third taking part in the Junior class and 6th overall.

After this debut, Diez Villarroel said it was a good weekend, clinching two podium finishes in the Euro-Racecar NASCAR for Team Icer Brakes. It's a championship quite different from those where we participate, mainly with GT cars like Porsche or Ferrari, but it was an enriching experience from start to finish. Our results were pretty good as well, I won on Saturday and my teammate Niccolo was third on Sunday,.
