Another bumper weekend of live motor racing coming up on the High Speed Television Channel as seven different series provide over 14 hours of unmissable action.
The headline act comes from British Grand Prix venue Silverstone where the Blancpain Endurance Series contests its second round of the campaign. Our live coverage gets underway at 14.45 on Sunday and will see Kessel Racing trio Davide Rigon, Csar Ramos and Daniel Zampieri look to repeat their season-opening Monza victory.
If single-seaters are more to your taste then the FIA European Formula 3 Championship should provide all the high-octane drama you could hope for. Competing at Austrias Red Bull Ring, the event will see Raffaele Marciello look to continue his dominant 2013 form.
Weve also got the best of the action from the Nrburgring, with three series enjoying live coverage over the weekend. Topping the bill at the German Grand Prix circuit is the International GT Open. Expect another highly competitive contest as Super GT points leaders Andrea Montermini and Luca Filippi look to stretch their championship advantage.
As ever, support comes from single-seater series European F3 Open, which is enjoying a typically competitive campaign in both Class A and the Copa category. Sandy Stuvik tops the overall standings having recorded a win and two further podium finishes, with Santiago Urrutia and Alexander Toril heading the chasing pack. On Saturday night were Stateside for more of the best racing from across the pond. First up endurance category Grand-Am contests its fifth round of the season, supporting the IndyCar Series at Detroits Belle Isle street circuit. After that we switch to stock-cars, with the NASCAR Nationwide Series kicking off a marathon run of events that sees the championship competing every weekend until mid-October. Dover International Speedway plays host as Regan Smith, Sam Hornish Jr and Elliott Sadler continue their battle atop the standings.
