Javier Ibran heads to round two of Maserati MC Series

The International championship organized by Maserati celebrates its second meeting of the season next weekend. After a though weekend at Paul Ricard due to rain and fog, Ibran wants to keep improving his performance at Nurburgring, where rain is expected once again.

The Maserati Trofeo World Series is a competitive and difficult international championship where the Spaniard is participating in 2013 for first time. At Paul Ricard, when his experience was significantly lower than that ofhis rivals ones, Ibran scored first points of the season despite difficult weather conditions due to heavy rain and thick fog.

Now the championship arrives at the Nurburgring, always a challenge for the drivers and with weather forecast promising more excitement.

Round two looks no easier than my season debut in France, because the forecast announced rain over the course of the weekend, Ibrn explained before taking his flight to Germany, pointing out that for me its a problem because I need to put more experience under my belt in dry conditions. Anyway it looks as Ill become an expert in rain! As a driver, and when your experience isn't good with a new car, difficult weather conditions arent ideal but we have to accept it.

I havent driven the car since Paul Ricard, a long time ago, but I feel confident of our options for good results. I think its a matter of luck but lets see.

Ibran's agenda for Nrburgring will be rather busy, with free practice sessions on Friday. Then, on Saturday, drivers need to compete in both qualifying sessions scheduled at 10.15 and 12.40. As always the organization has scheduled three races in Germany: two sprint onesthirty minutes- and another with endurance formatfifty minutes-. Short races are taking place on Saturday at 17.30 and on Sunday at 09.45 and the longest one closes the weekend at 14.15.
