Round 3: Rockingham, 1 June

Paul Bailey and Andy Schulz, in the Horsepower Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT3, had it all their own way in the three-hour race at Rockingham.

The pair took an easy victory after the Javier Morcillo/Manuel Cintrano Mosler expired in qualifying, while Mike Millards Rapier started from the pit lane and encountered further mid-race mechanical issues. The Porsche 997 of Ian Loggie and Chris Jones had an untroubled run to second place, taking Class 2 honours as well.

A late race battle for the final podium spot between the Tom Webb/James Webb BMW GTR and the Porsche RSR of Peter Cook and Anthony Mott went in the brothers favour, posting the Class 3 victory in the process. The Rapier claimed fastest lap, with second driver Adam Sharpe blitzing the track in the closing half hour.
