Schiattarella back to SUPERSTARS

Four former Formula 1 drivers will be on the grid at Zolder. In addition to Vitantonio Liuzzi, Gianni Morbidelli and Nicola Larini, Domenico Schiattarella is set to make his series comeback on a Solaris Motorsport-prepared Chevrolet Lumina. Schiattarella entered seven F.1 races - he made his debut in 1994, while his best finish, a 9th place, came in the 1995 GP of Argentina. In 2010, he drove a BMW M3 at Monza, ending up with some valuable points.

Belgian ace Renaud Kuppens joins Scuderia GiudiciScuderia Giudici will field two cars at Zolder. In addition to Team Owner Gianni Giudici, their roster will include Belgian Renaud Kuppens. After winning three FIAGT titles in the G2 class, he will be attempting SUPERSTARS for the first time.

"I know the track well - he said -  but I'll need to get a good feeling with the car - being quick in qualifying will be key. The track is pretty technical and it's tough to overtake. Among my rivals, I'm happy to have Thomas Biagi, I think he'll be one of the favourites. I'm happy with this opportunity and I'll do my best to be a frontrunner."

 Cassar ready to line-up at Zolder The fourth round of the SUPERSTARS INTERNATIONAL SERIES will host a return in the RRT camp as the team, owned by Nico Caldarola, will line-up a four-door Mercedes C63 AMG in addition to the Coup model fielded for Luigi Ferrara. Another quick driver, Marco Cassar, will be in control of the second racer. Born in 1978 in Rome, Cassar entered the two GTSPRINT INTERNATIONAL SERIES races at Monza with Gianluca Carboni, winning the GTS Cup Trophy on a Porsche 997.
