The American Le Mans Series is back in action at Lime Rock Park this weekend when several key protagonists will be making their first competitive outing since last month's Le Mans 24 Hours. That includes LMP1 pace-setters Rebellion Racing and their driver line-up of Nick Heidfeld and Neel Jani, who'll be keen to score a strong result in Connecticut following a disastrous run at La Sarthe. Motors TV has live start-to-finish coverage of the event, which represents the series first short-distance contest of the campaign.
We also have FIA GT Series action from Dutch circuit Zandvoort, with Saturdays race live and Sundays event delayed-as-live at the Alphenstraat venue. Fresh from conquering the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, Sebastien Loeb will be keen to enjoy fresh success on asphalt when he pairs with Alvaro Parente aboard a McLaren MP4-12C.
Switching to two wheels, we have live FIM MX from Latvia where Antonio Cairolis inevitable march to the title looks set to continue. And if MX isnt to your taste theres still plenty for bike fans to enjoy this weekend, including FIM Sidecar World Championship action from Dutch venue Assen, the SupermotoWorld Championships trip to Estonia and the AMA Sportbike-Superbike double-bill from Barber Motorsports Park.
To top it all off weve got delayed-as-live coverage as the NASCAR Nationwide Series visits Daytona for the second time this season, the King of Europe Drift Series trip to Austria and plenty more besides. Its another packed weekend of must-see motorsport on the High Speed Television Channel.
