Carlin's Luis Sa Silva issued with grid penalty

Following Race 1, stewards have issued Luis Sa Silva with a drop of 10 grid positions for Race 2 tomorrow after colliding with his Carlin teammate Eric Lichtenstein. Both drivers were out of the race as a result of the incident. Sa Silva will start Race 2 from last position.
