Lando wins again and takes second overall in WSK Master Series

ADD Motorsports driver Lando Norris put on a powerful performance in Laghi to take second place overall in the WSK Master Series. The Glastonbury driver won every race in the KFJ-class during the final round of the series to take the honours comfortably. With Lorandi Alessio already having first place in the Series sewn up a round early, Landos dominant display made sure he took second place. And after winning the WSK Euro Series earlier in the year, the 13-year-old once again built on his growing reputation despite being one of the youngest on the circuit. He said: We won every race possible so it was a near perfect weekend. To win in Laghi and come second overall in the Master Series is brilliant, especially being younger than most of my competitors. This season has gone so much better than I ever thought possible.  Lando won his qualifying, super pole and heats in emphatic style, leading from the front and maintaining the gap to win every race in similar style.

He was in pole position for the Pre-final, when again he managed to keep a lead throughout the race and for the last four laps kept a lead of around 2-and-a-half seconds.Lando finished faster than the winner of the other pre final so began the final in pole position again. It was Landos tightest race, with his nearest competitor closing in on him every lap and with Lando unable to pull away to keep as comfortable a lead as he had in previous races over the weekend. But he managed to hold on to the lead and win the race in the end to win the round in style. The victory also meant he had secured second place in the Master Series. He added: Laghi is one of my favourite tracks, we were really fast here last year and we were the same this time around.Everything went really well, the engine was great and so were the carb and the kart. Second place in the Master is a great achievement so were really happy. The season has been brilliant so far, but I want to push on harder from here and keep winning.
