MSA British Superkart Championship

Reigning champion Paul Platt and 2012 runner-up Louis Wall each scored a win and a second place in two thrilling races at Thruxton.

Championship leader Toby Davis started race one from pole but quickly fell to third behind Stephen Clark and Platt. The lead then swapped several times before Wall pulled away to win.

A new lap record in race one meant Wall started from pole in race two. He fell behind Clark and Platt on lap four, and on the following tour Platt took the lead; his subsequent win also earned the championship lead. GJ
