Rounds 27 & 28: Gurston Down, 24-25 August

Scott Moran commanded both run-offs at Gurston Down to take control of the championship battle.

Moran’s six-point overall lead may not seem much but it will grow significantly when ‘dropped scores’ take effect after the next two rounds.

Wallace Menzies was second each time at Gurston, upstaging Trevor Willis who could only manage a fourth and joint third with Alex Summers, who took third in the first shoot-out.
