Round 5: Wyre Forest, 8 June

Mark Hoppe took his second overall win of the season at Kidderminster Motor Club’s Wyre Forrest trial with a massive win in the new car class.

John Moffatt gradually opened a 10-point lead in the front-wheel-drive class ahead of Simon Harris and Philip Buckle, securing a close second overall.

In the rear-wheel-drive class Steve Courts became the third different winner in three events, beating Dave Oliver by three points.
