SSM MSA British Cadet Kart Championship

Round 4: Larkhall, 27-28 June

Kiern Jewiss extended his slender points lead a little further at a sunny Larkhall circuit in Scotland, with a second place in final one and a win in the second race.

Jewiss’ nearest rivals Teddy Wilson and Jonny Edgar also scored well, with Wilson taking the honours in final one from Jewiss and Dexter Patterson.

Seven days after his dramatic O Plate win at the same venue, Edgar almost achieved a second last-gasp win in as many weekends at Larkhall as he tried to undercut Jewiss out of the final corner in final two. However Jewiss was able to keep his nose in front this time. Wilson completed the podium, the top three crossing the line three-abreast.
