Barwick and Ellis stay Twisted

Duo to return with eyes on the title

Twisted Team Parker have confirmed they will contest the 2015 Avon Tyres British GT Championship, with Adrian Barwick and Bradley Ellis set to return to GT4.

After a strong conclusion to the 2014 season in the #46 Twisted Team Parker G55 Ginetta GT4 saw the pair secure third in the GT4 Drivers’ Championship, they hope to push for the title in 2015.

They head into the new campaign after racing in the most competitive GT4 grid to date with the Ginetta aces winning the headlining Silverstone 500 before going on to secure another victory in the second Snetterton sprint as they consistently ran in podium contention throughout 2014.

Twisted Team Parker become the third GT4 team to be confirmed for the coming season following Fox Motorsport's confirmation of Jamie Stanley and Paul McNeilly for 2015 and Optimum Motorsport's announcement of a new lineup of Graham Johnson and Mike Robinson.

As the GT4 grid starts to shape up, two more entries are expected to join in the coming weeks.

Adrian Barwick:“We actually had our deposit in before the end of the 2014 season as we knew we’d be back. We have a long term plan in British GT, it’s a high standard of racing and is run with high professionalism. We’re thankful for the great support given to us by not only Twisted Team Parker, but SRO too. We can’t wait to get started again!”

Bradley Ellis:“The 2014 season went much better than first expected as we ended up being one of the cars to beat in qualifying at every round and our pace was always strong enough to be challenging for a podium, and this showed with two wins during the year. Adrian is constantly learning more about all aspects of being a top level driver, so if he keeps up this progress hopefully we can fight for the championship title next year.”
