Front-running FR NEC team, MGR, announces autumn testing programme‏ Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup Championship Team Mark Godwin Racing (MGR) has announced its autumn and winter test schedule.  The UK-based squad offers vital track time for drivers at ten circuits, several of which are key venues on the NEC calendar.

In 2015 the FR 2.0 NEC was the only European single-seater series with all (bar one) rounds held at Formula One venues. The MGR testing programme is a fantastic opportunity for competitors to acquire important data and learn the tracks.

The MGR test programme is as follows:

Famed for its ability to give customers beautifully-prepared machinery backed by expert knowledge and guidance, MGR has developed an enviable reputation for developing young talent. Announcing the test programme, Team Manager Stephen Lynch said: “With more than three weeks’ worth of time in the car, this is our most intensive pre-season testing programme yet. It offers drivers looking to hit the ground running in 2016 the perfect opportunity to dial into the car and the circuits well in advance of the opening round.”

For F3 and GP3 drivers, the MGR schedule also offers important track time ahead of the testing restrictions in these two series.
