Rolex Grand American Series Miami Grand Prix Marks Next Stop for Law, Donohue and Brumos Porsche Squad

Rolex Grand American Series regulars Darren Law, David Donohue and the entire Red Bull Brumos Porsche team are set to take to the track at Homestead Miami Speedway for the Miami Grand Prix, the weekend of March 3-5.  The 2 hour 45 minute scheduled Rolex Grand American event will co-headline a busy race weekend that includes an IndyCar series event.Law and the #58 Brumos Porsche squad, building on momentum gained from a solid 8th place finish at the Rolex 24 at Daytona, are hopeful that they can continue to show competitive form."I really thought that we had a pretty good race at Daytona," remarked Law.  "The team has been hard at work. We have so much going on right now, and I'm looking forward to trying some of the changes we are implementing."The 2.3 mile infield road course circuit that uses much of the Homestead Miami Speedway banking has boasted several improvements over the past few years that have made racing at the circuit more competitive.  Law sees this as possibly helping his chances in the 250-mile event."Ever since they changed and repaved the banking at Homestead, it has made the racing more competitive," says Law. "David and I will be doing what we can to take as many points away from this race as possible"Practice for the Rolex series at the Miami Grand Prix begins at 2 pm EST on March 3, with the race scheduled for 3 pm EST Saturday, March 5.  For more comprehensive scheduling information check grand-am.com.Darren will be wearing OMP safety gear, which is available through CDOC, who will again be supporting Darren as a personal sponsor through the '05 season.
