Club Formula Woman is a unique concept aimed at women with a passion for driving. The goal is to offer women the opportunity to enter the competitive world of motor sport, or simply develop their driving skills with professional female instruction in a female environment at an affordable rate.
In 2004 ITV 1 televised the first Formula Woman Championship, a national competition targeting novice female drivers from all walks of life with the intent to find 16 of Britain's most talented racing drivers. Such was the success of the 2004 Championship.
In February of this year Formula Woman opened the doors to thr new Club Formula Woman Centre at Dunsfold Park near Guildford which is home to BBC’s Top Gear series.
This is where drivers will embark on their first track experience in one of the track prepared Caterham Academy or Honda Civic Type R cars. The state of the art facilities at the centre include workshops, classroom, skid pan training and high speed driving area.

2005 looks set to be another bumper year for Formula Woman as more women than before register their interest in the Formula Woman Challenge.
Formula Woman is now accepting applications for the 2005 championship. The competition is open to all women aged 18 or over who hold a driving license but have not competed in motorsports before.
