Duncan signs up for Porsche Club
Former Ferrari racer Andrew Duncan is the latest driver to sign up for the 2005 Michelin Porsche Club Championship. Duncan will compete in Class 2 in the 944S2 raced by Paul Coombs during 2003.Duncan, a telecoms engineer from Maidenhead, previously competed in the Ferrari Challenge, and won Class O in 2003 in a 348tb. Now, he is switching to the Porsche Club Championship.Also joining the Club Championship will be Paul Livesey in a 968CS. The Preston racer will split his time between the 968 and the 993 GT2 that he races in the Michelin Porsche Open Series.Set to rejoin the Porsche Club Championship, meanwhile, is Mark Lillington in a 968CS that has been reshelled after a major shunt at Brands in September 2004. Lillington raced the ex-Tony Brown car with success during 2004 until the dramatic accident at the start of the pit straight.
