Motorbase Performance will rejoin the Porsche Carrera Cup GB at Brands Hatch over the weekend of 4/5 June. Andy Britnell, a podium finisher in 2004, will head the driver line-up and the team is currently in negotiation with several drivers regarding the second car.Team boss David Bartrum is eager to return to the Carrera Cup, having finished second in the teams' championship last season. As Brands is almost on the team's doorstep, it is the perfect opportunity for the Kent team to return to the championship."We've got a car available for the rest of the Carrera Cup season," says Bartrum, who is already planning a multi-car Carrera Cup campaign in 2006 and beyond.The inclusion of two cars from Motorbase will take the Carrera Cup grid up to 15 cars for the pair of races on the Brands Indy circuit.
