A 4 ½ Litre delivered new in 1928, boasting an exceptional and well-documented ownership history, including the Chairman of Bentley Motors, Dr Paefgen. A matching-numbers Bentley, it has been expertly restored and meticulously maintained and is prepared for rallying and long-distance touring.

Delivered in January 1927 as a rare Speed Weymann model, one of just 15 produced. Now upgraded to 4 ½ Litres, with gearbox, differential, suspension, and brakes she has been totally lovingly rebuilt. It is accompanied by a complete and fascinating ownership history.

Shortened in 1946 by the famous Syd Lawrence to a 9’ 9 ½” wheelbase and benefiting from a steel crank and rods, prepared for racing but never raced, she is a real thoroughbred in the Bentley world

Delivered new in November 1927, this 4 ½ Litre was the seventh built and remains a very original example. Kept in excellent mechanical condition in recent years with no expense spared, including new white metal to the engine bottom end, this Bentley is a great opportunity to be enjoyed by her next custodian.

SPIRIT OF THE RALLY
William and his son Ben Medcalf took to this year’s Rally the Globe Generations Rally in the the 1924 3/4 ½ Litre Bentley. The Spirit of the Rally Award was awarded to Ben, at just 13 years old the youngest navigator on the rally. An incredibly special and proud moment! Huge congratulations to Ben, so many crews and teams said they could see just how much he was loving it. For almost 360 miles through South Wales and the Cotswold this event in the sun featured 13 Passage Controls, 12 Speed Tests and eight Regularities for the 83 crews, young and old, to get stuck into.
BADAWI TRAIL
Set over 13 days and 5,000 kilometres, this year’s edition forms a spectacular loop through the western regions of Saudi Arabia, beginning and ending in Jeddah. HERO-ERA's rally opened in dramatic fashion at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit before heading deep into a landscape shaped by ancient trade routes, vast deserts, and striking mountain ranges. William and his son Harry Medcalf have taken on the challenge in a 1926 3 Litre SuperSports whilst client Harry Tayler and navigator Andrew Thompson are embracing the rally in Harry’s 1930 4 ½ Litre Le Mans Bentley.
