Automotive Masterpieces To Gather At The Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol

Marbella will welcome more than 250 international collectors and over 150 unique vehicles at Southern Europe’s most exclusive automotive gathering.
Bugatti, as Main Partner, will showcase the F.K.P. Hommage for the first time in a concours d’elegance, alongside the new Tourbillon and some prototypes never seen before.

27 international judges: a jury composed of recognised authorities from the world's most prestigious concours events, including Pebble Beach, Amelia Island and Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este

Not just a static show. The vehicles are displayed, driven and enjoyed: Exhibition Day, a private track day at Ascari Circuit, an exclusive high-speed experience at Gibraltar Airport —closed entirely for the occasion — and a Black Tie Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony at a majestic private mansion on Marbella's Golden Mile.

The Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol returns this October with its most ambitious edition to date, with CAVËN as the driving force behind the event and under the leadership of the Piëch family. It will be a four-day private gathering in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, bringing together some of the world’s most exceptional automobiles, collectors and a Mediterranean lifestyle experience unlike any other. The event will feature a selection of more than 150 vehicles representing the past, present and future of the automobile, including brands such as Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Koenigsegg and Porsche.

What sets it apart from any other event of its kind is its essence: this is not a car show, it is a private gathering of like-minded owners who share the same values, the same passion and the same pursuit of excellence on four wheels and beyond.

From 1 to 4 October, Marbella and the Costa del Sol will welcome some of the world’s most prestigious collectors in a private gathering showcasing some of the most distinctive creations in the industry, from historic classics to the latest-generation hypercars and handcrafted vehicles developed by the most renowned design houses.

With Bugatti as Main Partner, the concours will feature a particularly prominent presence from the French marque, which will showcase the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage for the first time in Spain and at a concours. This one-off hypercar, created in 2026, celebrates the 20th anniversary of the legendary Bugatti Veyron and pays tribute to visionary engineer and creator of the project, Ferdinand Karl Piëch. Alongside it, Bugatti will present its new Tourbillon, equipped with an extraordinary naturally aspirated V16 hybrid engine, as well as the legendary Chiron and Veyron.

In addition, some of the world’s most prestigious design houses, including Bertone, will showcase their latest creations alongside new protagonists in the handcrafted automotive world, such as the Brabus Bodo Cabriolet, further establishing the Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol as a unique showcase for high-end automotive craftsmanship.

A Private World. An Exceptional Stage.
Collectors and owners apply to participate, and every guest is personally selected. The result is an intimate, international gathering of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and some of the world’s most passionate automotive collectors, brought together not only to admire extraordinary machines, but to connect, share, and experience the finest Mediterranean hospitality alongside them.

Beyond the vehicle exhibition itself, the Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol offers a private four-day experience centred around the automobile. The programme will include the cars exhibition day, a private track day at Ascari Club Circuit and an exclusive high-performance driving experience at Gibraltar Airport, which will be closed for the occasion, before culminating with the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony.

The Concours: Six Categories, 27 Judges, One Best of Show.
A rigorous competition across six categories, judged by an international panel of 27 authorities drawn from the most prestigious concours in the world, including Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, and Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. Collectors present their finest pieces not merely to exhibit them, but to compete for the most coveted prize of the event: Best of Show.

At the heart of the event will be the vehicles entered in the Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol itself, organised into six categories, bringing together some of the most exceptional creations from each manufacturer, presented by their collectors.

Hypercars: the current pinnacle of engineering and performance
The Hypercars category will bring together some of the most advanced vehicles ever created. From the early 2000s to the present day, these machines represent the ultimate expression of contemporary engineering, combining extreme performance, cutting-edge technology and limited production numbers.

Among the models on display will be true icons such as the Spyker C8 Aileron, Gordon Murray Automotive T.50, Ferrari Daytona SP3, the new Aston Martin Valhalla or the Porsche 918 Spyder, vehicles that have defined a new era in the pursuit of maximum performance.

Restomods: where heritage meets modern engineering
The Restomods category represents a new way of understanding collectible automobiles, reinterpreting historic models while preserving their original essence and incorporating modern technologies, materials and performance, together with an attention to detail associated with the finest craftsmanship.

Examples of this combination of classic design and contemporary engineering arriving in Marbella include the Kimera EVO37 and the Nardone 928.

Vintage Supercars: the analogue icons that defined a generation
The Vintage Supercars category, featuring models from the 1980s and 1990s, celebrates an era considered by many enthusiasts to be one of the most emotional periods in sports car history.

Vehicles with character, revolutionary design and a direct connection to driving will be represented by models such as the Porsche 911 GT1, Isdera Imperator, Jaguar XJ220, VW Nardo W12 and the Lamborghini Diablo GT, authentic symbols of an era that gave birth to some of the world’s most desirable supercars.

Post-War Classics: the golden age of automotive design
The Post-War Classics category, covering the period from 1945 to 1979, represents a fundamental chapter in automotive history, defined by craftsmanship, elegance and the creativity of the greatest designers and coachbuilders.

This category brings together vehicles that are true works of art on wheels and pillars of global automotive culture, including creations from Europe’s leading manufacturers such as the legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing and the Ferrari 250 S Berlinetta Vignale.

Pre-War Classics: the automobiles that shaped an industry
The Pre-War Classics category, covering vehicles built from the early 20th century to 1939, represents the origins of automotive history. From luxurious coachbuilt creations to machines designed to explore the limits of speed and innovation, this category will bring together some of the most highly valued vehicles among the world’s leading collectors. Among the highlights are the exclusive Delage D8S and Hispano-Suiza K6.

Motorsport: the purest expression of competition
The Motorsport category will bring together machines created with one single purpose: to compete. From the earliest Grand Prix cars to endurance, rally and circuit legends, these vehicles represent the purest expression of speed, technology and competitive spirit.

The Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol 2026 is thus establishing itself as a gathering where the greatest automotive masterpieces share the same stage in a private and exclusive setting, bringing together the innovation of today’s hypercars, the emotion of classic automobiles and the creativity of the next generation of automotive coachbuilders.
