Five events take classic car crews from Scotland's empty spring roads and a wartime aerodrome to the Normandy beaches, the midnight sun of the Arctic and the high passes of Bhutan.
Bespoke Rallies, a leading UK-based organiser of classic car rallies and tours worldwide, has announced its 2027 calendar. The year opens in the Scottish Highlands in March and closes with a 31-day crossing of India, Bhutan and Nepal in October.
Between them come the return of the Spitfire Scramble at Sywell Aerodrome, a Normandy tour run with The Spectator, and the White Nights rally to the top of Scandinavia. The programme offers something for every crew, from a long weekend of regularity on home roads to a month-long expedition across the roof of the world.
The 2027 programme
Highland Winter Warmer – 17 to 21 March The season starts in the Scottish Highlands in early spring, when the roads are at their quietest and the scenery at its most dramatic. A three-day classic car touring rally for crews who want to wake their cars from winter on some of Britain's finest driving roads.
The Spitfire Scramble – 30 April to 2 May The Spitfire Scramble returns to Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire, its traditional home and the base of the restorers who bring Second World War Spitfires back to the air. Crews tackle two days of regularity on quiet country roads and around 14 tests, against the backdrop of Sywell's Art Deco airfield.
The Spectator D-Day Rally of the Normandy Beaches – 9 to 12 May Run with The Spectator, this three-night tour follows the Normandy beaches and the story of the D-Day landings. It is designed for those who love military history, fine cars, and good food and wine.
White Nights – 19 June to 7 July A 19-day Nordic adventure chasing the midnight sun across Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. Crews drive some of Scandinavia's most spectacular roads at the height of summer, when the sun barely sets, and reach the top of Europe.
Himalaya Adventure – 1 to 31 October The programme ends with its most ambitious event: a month-long crossing of India, Bhutan and Nepal. The route runs from the colonial boulevards of Kolkata through the Darjeeling tea estates, Bhutan's mountain passes and dzongs, Kathmandu and Rishikesh, with wildlife safaris in Nepal and India and rest days built in. It finishes in Delhi, with an optional extension to the Taj Mahal. Every road has been surveyed and the entire route is on tarmac, so a well-prepared classic can take it on.

John Brigden, founder of Bespoke Rallies, said: "Our 2027 programme is built around one idea: classic cars were made to be driven, and driven somewhere worth the journey. A crew can spend a long weekend chasing seconds on the lanes around Sywell, or a month crossing the Himalayas. Every route is meticulously planned by our own team, and every event comes with the support that lets crews concentrate on the road. We think it's the most varied calendar we've ever offered."
