Bernie Ecclestone and the German Bank BayernLB are reported to have sold their shareholding in the F1 holding Company SLEC.
The purchaser CVC Capital, an invesment company, is rumoured to be in negotation with the remaining existing shareholders JP Morgan and Lehman Bros.
