MCL Motorhomes MSA British Hillclimb Championship - Rounds 11 & 12: Shelsley Walsh, nr Worcester, 30/31 May
On a weekend of perfect weather Scott Moran won both run-offs and moved to a narrow championship lead of just three points. Martin Groves spun out in the first run-off and drove carefully to ensure the best score from the last run-off to avoid the risk of a further zero score.
Groves' co-driver Paul Ranson continued his run of form with a second and third to move to fifth in the series fifth ahead of Roger Moran who took a two sixth places.
Tom New out-qualified co-driver Chris Merrick for the first ever time and Merrick continued to gather the points to maintain his narrow third place lead over Trevor Willis.
