Two one-two wins for Audi at the HockenheimringADAC GT Masters: Audi celebrated two one-two victories in the ADAC GT Masters at the Hockenheimring: In the thrilling first race Nicolas Armindo and César Campanico prevailed against their brand colleagues Jan Seyffarth and Christian Abt with a narrow margin and celebrated the first victory for Team Rosberg with the Audi R8 LMS. In the rainy second run on Sunday Armindo and Campanico were leading in the early stages but then dropped to second place after pitting. Victory went to the duo Abt/Seyffarth (Team ABT Sportsline). Four Audi R8 LMS cars finished the second race in the top five. Exploit for Hemroulle and Verbergt in BelgiumBelgian GT Championship: One month after the exploit in the supporting program of the 1000-kilometer race Tim Verbergt and Jean-François Hemroulle in the Audi R8 of Phoenix Racing were again triumphant at Spa-Francorchamps. At the fifth round of the Belgian GT Championship Verbergt started from the pole position, dropped to third, but stayed on the heels of the front runners. His teammate Hemroulle perfected the victory. After a technical problem that could be resolved by the driver in the cockpit with instructions from the pit lane transmitted by radio, the Belgian duo came third in the second race.Capello/Sanna on podium in ItalyItalian GT Championship: Dindo Capello and Giorgio Sanna clinched another podium finish at the second running of the Audi R8 LMS in the Italian GT Championship. Just one week after their second place at the season opener at Vallelunga the Italian duo came seventh in the first race at Magione despite an electronics problem and finished the second race as the runners-up.
