POOLE duo Chris Holder and Hans Andersen pulled off a spectacular win in the Elite League Pairs Championship at Eastbourne.Holder helped Andersen through into third place against home favourite Lewis Bridger to edge out the Eagles.Said Andersen: "It's nice for Poole to win something this season. I like this competition and I think everyone at the club deserves this success, both Chris and me are delighted."

BIRMINGHAM ended Rye House's proud 66-match unbeaten home record with a shock 46-43 Premier League win over the Rockets.Skipper Jason Lyons teamed up with Polish ace Tomasz Piszcz to get the better of Chris Neath and Robert Mear for a last race 5-1.Boss Graham Drury said: "That was an amazing effort from the whole team, but the top two were simply superb for us."
