At the 50th Anniversary of Ferrari held at Rome and Maranello in June of 1997, 4635GT had a minor accident involving the right front corner of the car

Repairs were effected immediately, together with other restoration work at Carrozzeria Zanisi in Modena, which totaled $36,000 at that time
Bare metal pictures from the 2014 restoration by J&L Fabrication show the extent of the damage to have been limited to the right front headlight area, which was subsequently replaced at the time
