JASON Crump will return to one of his former clubs for the Bob Kilby Memorial Trophy at Swindon on Thursday, March 18.The World Champion rode for the Robins in the early stages of his glittering career and will line-up alongside fellow world stars Nicki Pedersen, Leigh Adams, Hans Andersen, Freddie Lindgren and Lee Richardson.Swindon co-owner Gary Patchett said: "Jason's addition to the Bob Kilby Memorial is an extremely exciting one and I'm sure this announcement will be well received by Swindon fans."Watching Jason Crump, Nicki Pedersen and Leigh Adams race one another on the opening night of the season is a great way for the club to launch the 2010 campaign."(SPEEDWAY 2)
SCUNTHORPE have snapped up teenager Steven Worrall for their National League team.Worrall, 18, is a former Moto-X rider who saw Speedway in TV and gave it a try on Scunthorpe's mini track last summer.Saints boss Malcolm Vasey said: "Steven certainly caught the eye. Like so many Moto-X riders he is comfortable when tracks are a little tricky and his determination and approach have impressed me greatly."He has good family support, has acquired good equipment and looks after his fitness. All of this points to a high level of commitment and I am very pleased that he is coming to Scunthorpe."

POLISH World Cup star Greg Walasaek is the latest big name to join Somerset's 10th Anniversary celebration meeting on Friday, March 19.And Oak Tree Arena bosses have sing the praises of Poole colleague Matt Ford for the part he has played in making it happen.Rebels co-boss Debbie Hancock said: "Matt has made it possible for Greg to ride in our meeting and for that I would like to go on record with our sincere thanks."
