(SPEEDWAY 1)EDINBURGH are facing an anxious wait over key riders ahead of Friday's Premier Trophy derby clash with Glasgow at Armadale.Kevin Wolbert and Kalle Katajisto are sweating on the availability of flights for the meeting - and the return at Glasgow's Ashfield Stadium on Sunday.Edinburgh Director Mike Hunter said: "The situation in the air is improving but far from clear - that's true for everyone. Kevin Wolbert and Kalle Katajisto hope it will become clear for them in time to get to Armadale on Friday."Kalle has a ticket for a flight on Thursday - but the bad news is that is already cancelled so he has to look for an alternative."Kevin rides in Grudziadz on Thursday evening and will be relying on his usual Friday morning flight to whisk him to the UK."He is already committed to riding at Glasgow on Sunday rather than in his Polish club match."(SPEEDWAY 2)WOLVERHAMPTON and King's Lynn are anxiously awaiting a further medical bulletin on injured youngster Joe Haines.The newly crowned British Under-21 champion crashed during Wolverhampton's Elite League thriller with Eastbourne at Monmore Green and has suffered a fracture to his shoulder.Wolves chief Chris Van Straaten said: "Joe returns to hospital on Wednesday when the extent of his lay-off will become clearer."(FIXTURES)
