The RideoffroadUK Doodson Motorsport Enduro Hare & Hounds Championship series moves to the superb East Coast venue Low North Park near Scarborough North Yorkshire, this Sunday April 25th.
Round 2 of this ever growing Championship will run on a track designed to challenge riders over the most varied terrain available, whilst still catering for novice and beginners. With all classes seeing a battle royal for the top places, this event looks set to be a cracking Multi Lap Enduro.
The Scarborough & District Motor club has carried out some extensive ground works since our last visit in 2009, the on going work means that Clerk of the course Wayne Braybrook can tweak the track and add in a few surprise loops. This coupled with the track running in reverse direction to the one used for last year, means all competitors are assured of another fresh new challenge.
The action gets underway on Sunday morning at 10am with the popular Sportsman, Ladies and Over50 event for 2 hours duration. At 1pm the main event featuring Expert Over40 and Clubman riders will be flagged away for a full 2.5 hours. With recent rain showers damping down the MX track to almost perfect condition, and with the weather forecast looking good for Sunday, it should be an action packed weekend for the rideoffroaduk team.
Trophy presentation and results will be distributed after each event. As usual Belray Lubricants will be providing the product prizes to all trophy winners.
