EDINBURGH boss John Campbell paid tribute to the fans after seeing the Monarchs secure a 56-35 win over Sheffield in an action-packed Premier League clash.Kalle Katajisto provided plenty of firepower at reserve for the Monarchs with 13-points and for Sheffield Ricky Ashworth and Josef Franc both scored9.Campbell said: "The fans have really backed the team tonight, and with the Sheffield fans who were here they made tonight the best atmosphere of the season."

BIRMINGHAM boss Graham Drury is refusing to take anything for granted when Berwick visit Perry Barr in Sunday's Premier League clash (6.30).Drury points to dangerous Czech Republic duo Adrian Rymel and Michal Makovsky and Perry Barr track specialist Paul Clews as a real threat. He said: "Yes, I expect to win, but I am not taking it for granted and our riders cannot afford to think like that either. We have to stay professional and take each meeting as it comes along. It's an old cliche but it certainly applies to us, we won't be looking too far ahead."
