REDCAR have appointed Jitendra Duffill as team manager for home matches as promoter Brian Havelock stands down from the role. The Bears have had a disappointing run of results at the South TeesMotorsport Park, and Havelock feels the time is right for a change.Duffill makes his first appearance in his new position against one of his former clubs as the Bears take on Glasgow this Thursday.Havelock said: "As the home promoter I am very busy with the day to day management of the club and on the raceday itself I am pulled in several directions before I even set off to the pits to look after the riders.
